How to find the right dimensions for your whirlpool cover.

When measuring the length and width, make sure you give us the measurements in centimetres and always round up to the nearest centimetre. When measuring, a little too much is better than a little too little. One centimeter too much in length won't make much difference, the cover will still fit, but one centimeter too little and the hot tub cover won't fit at all.

Measure the corner radius correctly

The most important thing is that you do NOT choose a radius that is too large. If you measure the radius too large, it will NOT cover the radius corner. If you measure the radius too small, this is not a problem. The lid may protrude a little, but this is hardly noticeable. If in doubt, always measure a little smaller than a radius that is too large.

The radius is the measurement between the point of the extended corner and the start of the curve.

If you don't have an angle at hand, take a wooden slat, cardboard etc. and measure the distance with a tape measure or ruler

Sturdy handles are mounted on 2 opposite sides to ensure that the deck is lifted gently.

Our handles are reinforced on the inside with a special webbing that can withstand a tension of 200 kg. They are designed to withstand heavy use and last a long time. The quality seams used are special waterproof and UV-resistant seams that are frequently used in the boating industry.

Fully insulated hinge

The heat sealing across the entire width prevents heat from escaping through the folds of the cover. It is made from the same robust and durable base fabric and has a special filling that repels heat instead of absorbing it.

4 safety straps

There are 4 safety straps approx. 100 cm apart.

  • The loop straps are not adjustable.
  • Clip holders are supplied.
  • The clip safety device also serves as a child safety device to a limited extent
  • Fitting the straps in other individual positions is only possible on request and for an additional charge of 100 €.

Our safety straps are used to attach the cover to the tub. They can be locked with a key and thus offer additional safety for children. The plastic parts are made of strong, durable plastic. The safety straps are reinforced on the inside with a special webbing that can withstand a tension of 200 kg. They are designed for heavy-duty use and a long service life. Just like the handles, the seams are waterproof and UV-resistant and are used in the boating industry.

Zippers

Our zippers are resistant to rust and corrosion. They are not only UV-resistant, but also temperature-resistant from -40°C to +90°C. The cold tear limit (up to which the zippers are guaranteed not to tear) is -40ºC.

Foam core

As an integral part of the cover, our core can withstand 80-90 kg at each pressure point and 400 kg over the entire surface. Unlike inferior covers that do not taper or taper only slightly, our cover cannot form puddles, which reduces the risk of erosion of the polystyrene core.

We use polystyrene with a density of 25 kg/m3, which enables faster heating and maintenance of heat in your tub. Our quality core will drastically reduce your heating costs while extending the life of the cover.

War erst im Zweifel das Cover bei König zu bestellen, heute bin ich froh das ich Schritt gemacht habe.

Zudem habe ich die Schutzabdeckung bestellt, auch diese ist sehr hochwertig und auch easy einfach bei der täglichen Kontrolle diese nach hinten umzuschlagen.
Alles in allem einfach sehr gut gelaufen da ich bei diesen Geld Beträgen ohne Umtausch eigentlich nichts bestelle.
